  • Do you accept cash?
    No, we do not. We use Turo Systems to accept all major credit cards; that way, you know where your money is going and is safe and secure.
  • Do you handle transactions in person to be able to rent these vehicles?
    No, we do not. It is all contactless. Turo Systems handles all transactions, from payments to add-ons to refundable deposits. We try to keep your information as secure as possible while giving you an excellent experience.
  • Where do I pick up and return the vehicle?
    Once you check out through Turo, you will see where you pick up and return. It is straightforward.
  • Do I need to bring back the vehicle with a full tank?
    As part of our policy, you will need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel picked up. We usually fill our cars before you pick them up for your convenience and expect the same courtesy. If you cannot do that, when checking out on Turo, select the "Add on" of refuel, and you should be able to bring it back with the amount of fuel you choose as long it is not empty.
  • What if I am late on returning?
    We understand that things happen. You will want to contact us through the Turo App and adjust your return time before arriving late so that you don't book into another appointment that needs the vehicle at that time. If you don't know how, just call us so we can help! We do charge a penalty for being late.
  • Do I need to bring the vehicle back cleaned?
    Yes. You will need to bring it back the way you got it as their will be others that would like for it to be cleaned as well.
